Rudy's our Meat Inspector and in charge of the slaughterhouse which is one of only two slaughterhouses in the Bicol Region with a Double A Rating, meaning, all the meat that comes from it may be sold all over the Philippines. Ronnie, or Chingling, is based in Manila and is into a lot of business ventures.
